We should probably mention right off the bat that this apartment in a former printing house is one of the smaller homes in our collection. However, we think it makes the grade thanks to the stylish design and the high standard of the amenities.The main living space benefits from a huge floor-to-ceiling window on the far side that bathes the interior in natural light and this asset is emphasised by the cleansingly white walls.
Even though the floor space is limited, neither the dining table, sofa nor desk feel cramped, which is often the case in studio apartments. Add to that, a sleek kitchen with enough room to rustle up basic dinners and a chic monochrome bathroom, and you've got an address in which you can quite easily feel at home.The surrounding 15th arrondissement is a little more residential than some of the more touristy parts of Paris but you'll still find cinemas, gourmet shops and a local produce market three times a week.
The apartment is particularly handy if you're visiting the Porte de Versailles convention centre, which is only fifteen minutes' walk away.
