This is a duplex apartment on the ground floor so the internal stairs may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Two guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room. There is no parking with this home but you are in the centre of Paris with metro stations an easy walk away. In typical Parisian fashion, the WC is in one room, the shower is in another. This home is right next to a school – it might get noisy at times
