The apartment is ideal for 6 people and can accommodate up to 10. At full occupancy, the last four guests will sleep on two sofa beds in the living room. Due to the central location, you may hear some noise during your stay. Although the apartment itself is step-free, there's no elevator to reach it, so it might not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. There's no private parking space, but Étienne Marcel metro station is a minute's walk away.
