At full capacity, two guests will sleep on a double sofa bed in the living space. As this home doesn't have air conditioning, your host will provide fans to keep you cool instead. Paid parking is available off the premises, but the Arts et Métiers metro stop is just 150 metres away. There are dedicated workspaces in certain rooms, plus plenty of laptop-friendly surfaces. The building entrance is shared between all residents, not private to your home. You are kindly asked to respect the neighbours by limiting noise to a reasonable level not only at night but also during the day. You'll receive an in-person check-in.
