The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building with no lift access, which means there are about 50 steps to climb – not suited for those with limited mobility or heavy luggage. The mezzanine bedroom features two single beds which can be put together to form a double. Guests three and four will be sleeping on a sofa bed in the living room. There's no air-conditioning, though a portable fan is provided – the electric fireplace can act as a heater as well
