There's plenty to see under a ten-minute stroll away, such as the Pompidou Centre and the Musée National Picasso-Paris. The apartment itself face a quiet internal courtyard and has oodles of exotic artwork and sculptures, while the exposed wooden beams lend a warehouse vibe. The highlight, though, is the outdoor space with its shaded deck, a real bonus for this part of central Paris – it's perfect for a morning coffee or a glass of wine with lunch.

Two cats will be staying with you during your stay – but the cleaner will come every four hours every three days. The apartment is located on the second floor and is only accessible by stairs. Although this home can sleep five – the fourth bedroom is an office space in an open mezzanine level . Special mention to the heavy packers – there is limited space available in the Master and fourth bedroom. This gorgeous home probably isn't for minimalists.
