Unfortunately, this home isn't suitable for children or infants. Out of respect for the neighbours, guests are asked to keep noise levels to a minimum at all times. While the apartment is accessed from a busy street, the home actually looks into a pedestrian street making it a quiet stay. For stays of more than two weeks, an additional cleaning fee of €45 is charged per additional two weeks. This home has a very strict no smoking policy. There's a paid multistorey car park nearby, but we recommend skipping the car and making use of Paris' excellent public transport instead – Étienne Marcel Metro station is a one-minute walk away.
