At maximum capacity, one guest will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Unfortunately, this home isn't suitable for children between 2 and 12 years old. While you are welcome to invite up to ten guests for dinner parties or soirées, please note that this is a residential building and noise levels should be kept to a minimum by 10:30 pm on weekdays and by 11 pm on weekends. A cot is available on request. This home has an ideal central location but it's on a busy street so some noise may be heard. There are steps to access the apartment's entrance . There's no parking here, but we recommend skipping the car and using Paris' excellent public transport instead – Réaumur - Sébastopol Metro station is a two-minute walk away
