This large and stunning house in central Paris is located on the Left Bank. As soon as you approach its pretty, flowered filled yard – you know you're in for a real treat. The icing on the cake is the gorgeous rooftop terrace – we can imagine wonderful evenings sitting with a glass of champagne here.
With an unusual layout, the space and privacy of each bedroom make this an excellent place for a large family or group of friends. Heaps of natural light floods in through the large windows – we particularly love the enormous arched window on the top floor. Location-wise, you're only a ten-minute saunter from Luxembourg Gardens for those summer picnics and evening strolls.
For art lovers, the Louvre and Musée d'Orsay are around a thirty-minute walk, while architecture fans can check out the Panthéon, a twenty-minute wander. This lovely home is the perfect base for your Parisian adventures.

This home is built across four floors and therefore may not be suited to less mobile people or very small children. The master bedroom doesn't have blinds or curtains. One of the bathrooms has a handheld shower. The third bedroom has a single bed and a second on a pullout trundle bed, so may suit children or teenagers rather than a couple. If you have a car, there's paid parking off the premises. Child-friendly amenities such as a cot, travel cot and high chair are available upon request. The concierge can organise a private chef, book restaurant reservations or take care of your laundry, amongst other services
