It's on a first floor with no lift so some stairs are unavoidable. A guest may use the double sofa bed in the living room although it will be at the expense of lounge seating. The two bathtubs have shower attachments yet some guests might find the lack of walk-in showers inconvenient. With just two bathrooms, the morning routine could prove a little complicated at full guest capacity. The second bedroom has two single beds which can be set up as a super king size bed on request. There is no air conditioning but a portable unit will be provided. This a more residential neighbourhood so it's not as lively as more commercial areas
