This beautiful home is designed to host guests in style – we love the architectural spiral staircase, as well as the large loft windows and skylight, bringing in plenty of natural light. The open-plan kitchen, island and table combination is excellent for big family meals, but if you prefer to eat out, the home is situated in a cool neighbourhood, right next to République station.
Canal St-Martin, (nine minutes away on foot), with its towpaths, locks and bridges, is perfect for a romantic stroll. Or head to fashionable Le Marais, just over a fifteen-minute saunter, for hip boutiques, stylish art galleries, and cosmopolitan bars. Not only does this home have a fabulous location, but to cap it all off, Anthony is a fantastic host.
He thinks of everything from providing Nespresso pods for your morning coffee to umbrellas to keep you dry while you're sightseeing.

Home truths
This home is on the first floor and there is no lift, (twenty-three steps) so pack light and enjoy the free exercise (there's also two levels inside with a spiral staircase). The fourth bedroom is only suitable for children as there are two small single beds. This home sleeps up to ten, but two guests would be on a sofa bed . There's no dedicated parking here, but many places are walkable, and the Paris Métro stations of Jacques Bonsergent and République are a three and five-minute walk, respectively.
