A characterful home if ever we saw one in an exceptional location, a stone's throw away from Saint-Germain metro station – this was an inevitable addition to the Plum collection. The decoration is bold yet brilliant, with a mix of thick grey horizontal and vertical stripes alongside exposed brick walls, old rustic beams and solid wooden doors complete with their original steel latches.
It should be warned, that there is no air conditioning so things can get hot during the summer months, this aside, the home is well-equipped, with everything you'd need for a comfortable stay in Paris.

This home is only available to rent for at least 30 nights. Under local regulations, you can only book this home if you're in town for reasons like work or study. The lift is very small so pack light. The windows in the second bedroom do not have blackout curtains . There are no electrical outlets in the bathroom for shavers or electric toothbrushes. There is no air conditioning so things will get hot during the summer months. If four people are staying, two guests would be sleeping on a sofa bed . Guests will be charged an extra fee if their desired check-in or check-out is on a Sunday, Bank Holiday or outside specific hours.
