At full occupancy, four guests will sleep on the two sofa beds in the living area, though with ten people here, we think it might feel a little cramped. If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot. You'll need to request it in advance. As is common in France, in one of the bathrooms, the toilet is separate from the bathroom. Parking in Paris can be tricky so we'd recommend using the metro to get around — Richard Lenoir station is practically on your doorstep.
