Your host can provide a cot for little ones. While two of the bedrooms face away from the street for quieter nights, the third bedroom is street-facing so can be noisier. Both of the en-suite bathrooms are semi-open to the bedrooms so privacy will be limited. There is only one set of key fobs for the building entrance, so your group won't be able to split up and come and go independently. Bear this in mind if you're planning different itineraries across your stay. If you arrive during the weekend, you'll need to collect the key from an office near the Arc de Triomphe.
