Small but stylish, this top-floor apartment is a cosy base for couples. Although it's a studio, it doesn't feel too snug – and having a separate kitchen is a nice touch. Two guests could sleep on a sofa bed, but as it's an all-in-one space, we think it's best for families who don't mind the lack of privacy.

Given it's an all-in-one studio apartment, we think the sofa bed is best for children.There's a portable air conditioning unit here.The building has a lift to the fifth floor, but you'll have to climb a flight of curved stairs to reach the entrance to this apartment – it's on the sixth floor.You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.Parking isn't provided, but you won't need a car in Paris. Instead of driving, we suggest exploring on foot or taking advantage of nearby public transportation – a metro station is a short walk away.
