This home is only available to those studying or travelling for work – you’ll need to provide proof from your university or employer.. The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building with no lift, so you'll be climbing four flights of stairs every time you come and go. It won't suit people with limited mobility.. You can walk to the Louvre, Palais Royal, the Opéra, and the Seine from the front door, and a supermarket and metro stations are close by too – this is one of the most walkable spots in central Paris.. If you're travelling with a little one, a cot is available – worth requesting from your host in advance to make sure it's ready on arrival.
