The balcony overlooks the landscaped communal garden, which makes for a great morning coffee spot.
There's just one toilet, so some coordination may be needed. But with bars and restaurants nearby, and central Paris about a thirty-minute drive away, it's a convenient base.

There’s free parking for one car in the basement of the building.. At full occupancy, two guests will be sleeping on the sofa bed in the living area.. There may not be a lift here. You'll need to be able to climb stairs to reach the entrance of the home.. As is common in France, the toilet is separate from the bathroom.. You'll have access to the garden here. It's shared with the building's other residents.
