Both the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe are a short stroll away, while shops and eateries are also within easy reach. Back home, the somewhat snug living area is filled with sunlight. There's a balcony ideal for alfresco drinks, plus a desk if remote working is on the cards.
