This apartment is on the third floor of a historic building without a lift. You'll have to be comfortable climbing a lot of steps to the entrance.. There is no washing machine in this apartment, but there is a laundrette nearby.. The bathroom is on the retro side, but it's perfectly functional.. Quiet hours are in effect between 9pm and 9am.. The old tiled floor can be a little chilly underfoot in winter.. While there is no private parking with this apartment, there is paid, on-street parking available nearby..
