Attractive location, you wouldn't believe you were near a major road. Welcoming and helpful staff, good customer service and excellent food. Our room was tired but clean. No towels were available until late afternoon due to late delivery. The TV was small but worked and had a good picture. The bathroom door didn't close properly and the extractor fan wasn't working but for a one night stay that was ok. Some time spent improving little things would pay dividends e.g. some redecorating, maybe new beds etc without going to the expense of a total refurbishment.
