I booked the hot tub offer but wasn t told that our room and hot tub would be located in a separate building to the hotel in the car park. Very disappointed.

Thank you for your review, although we're sorry to hear that the Hot Tub Suite did not meet expectations.
We do show room descriptions and photographs of the rooms at Orestone Manor on our website, in order that customers can see the information prior to booking. Had a preference been stated we could have requested this of the hotel but we cannot guarantee a particular room would be available or could be allocated.
We do hope that your stay was enjoyable overall.
