Overall the hotel and two night break was very good, the food was the main highlight being of a high standard with excellent choices. The only criticism we have, and we were not looking for them, is that with the package we booked it included a complimentary welcome drink and this was not offered on arrival. After some time we decided to ask about this, which made us feel awkward. No problem complimentary drinks were served at dinner. I noticed in a previous review this had been mentioned, clearly it has not been picked up by the reception staff.
