We stayed during a period of high winds and some strong gusts of wind. Neither of which affected us in the hotel, which was warm, clean and comfortable with welcoming staff.
The food in the resturant was well prepared, well served and good. The hotel has an extensive range of wines all served at the correct temperatures.
Our room was well decorated and large. Unusually for a hotel, the pillows were particularly comfortable, so three very good nights of sleep were had by wife and I.
All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. A real jewel of a place not far from not very inspiring seaside towns.
