Fabulous Hot Tub room

My husband and I stayed at Orestone Manor in Nov for his birthday. I'd booked the Garden Room for 2 nights, with hot tub as a treat and we ate in the restaurant both nights. The stay was fantastic. The room was fabulous - wonderful hot tub in a very private location, very comfy bed, spacious bathroom and we had a bottle of champagne included. The hotel manager was extremely helpful and welcoming, as were the other staff. Our maitre'd in the evenings was friendly, helpful and welcoming. We were a bit worried that the restaurant would be a bit stuffy, but the atmosphere was relaxed. It helped that one night was the Friday before Firework evening, and the atmosphere was jovial. It was a really wonderful 2 nights and I would recommend the Garden room and Orestone Manor to anyone looking for something a little special and different from a hotel.
