Staff are very helpful and the food delicious. The hotel ambiance is very nice but the superior room (10) we had was not. It meant climbing up very steep stairs to what I assume to be the attics. Everything in the room was on a slant and the bed had a very strange topper on which made you feel you were sleeping on a water bed. We didn t sleep at all well and would like to suggest that the hotel put a member of staff there to see how it is. It had the effect of us constantly rolling towards the middle and was extremely uncomfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay but wish we had been given a different room.
