Perfect hotel for a Wedding Anniversary. Quite exceptional staff, lovely welcome. Georgous quirky room (all the rooms are different some are very modern). Came home very relaxed. Price was on the high side for what we have paid before for trips away but that wouldn't stop us saving up to go again as it is a unique hotel, indeed I would love to return next year.
The restaurant is really very good indeed. The menu choice, as in many small hotels is small, but this isn't a problem as it is very well cooked and presented. The restaurant would have had an excellent from me for dinner had the menu been changed the second night. It is nice to have at least a couple of different main courses to chose from on the second night. (I don't eat fish which did limit my choices, my husband had no such problem!)
