Thank you for your feedback following your stay at Orestone Manor.
We understand you were initially allocated rooms 10 and 11. We don't think "poor" is a fair description, we have inspected the hotel very recently, and both rooms are well equipped and in immaculate condition. Room 11 is an entry level classic room and is small, it is not a room we normally sell at Offpeakluxury but you were made aware of this and given a discount at the time of booking. Room 10 is a very popular room and often specifically requested by guests because of it's large roof terrace, which can adjoin the small terrace of room 11, giving a rather nice joined up outside space for groups. It has a bit less internal space than the other superior rooms which don't have outside space. At hotels like this where the rooms are very individual, it's important to check out the pictures of the rooms and be clear about your preferences.
Best regards
