Orestone Manor is a gem. We loved the fact that it was traditional and independent. No false "boutique-iness". Comfortable bed, squashy sofas, quiet but friendly and humorous staff. The food was delicious. Again, no frills but one of those menus from which you could happily choose anything. I had a crab "martini" followed by a meltingly rare steak bearnaise. Washed down with a delicious Lebanese wine.
We will definitely be back!
