A super stay with amazing lake views. Great as we checked in on arrival.
"A recommended hotel"
KB, Hampshire, stayed: August 2026 We were very pleased with the hotel although there was a cock up over our room. It was supposed to be an accessible room with accessible shower which it was'nt. Despite that the reception staff could not have been more helpful and we were given another room next day which was far better suited for us. The facilties offered are excellent and the central location is great. Parking is a nightmare although there is first come first served hotel parking. Bowness is swamped with day trippers which spoilt our stay.

Kim H, West Midlands, stayed: August 2026 Just returned from a lovely 3 night stay at Old England Hotel, staff were polite and friendly, room 304 had an amazing view of lake, our dog was made to feel welcome including when dining, staff arranged for us to be seated with our dog just separate from main restaurant but still close to be included. Will definitely return for another break at this hotel.
