NO LIFT TO THE SUPPOSEDLY UPGRADED ROOM ON THE TOP FLOOR.
HEATING WENT OFF OVERNIGHT. HAD TO RELY ON SMALL TOWEL RAIL TO HEAT A VERY LARGE BATHROOM. DEFINATELY NOT 5 STAR EXPERIENCE.
