There is adequate on site parking for guests. Ordinarily this is charged at £12 per day, but this is included complimentary when booking via our website.

Child Policy
Children can be accommodated in selected rooms. Children aged 15 and under sharing a room with 2 full paying adults are charged a nightly supplement of £27.50 for extra beds on a bed & breakfast basis. Children occupying their own rooms are charged at the full adult rate.
No charge for children under 2 years.

Children are offered the Children's menu when booked on a Dinner Bed and Breakfast basis. A further charge will apply if the child orders from the main restaurant menu.
Children can only use the pool from 7:30am until 10:00am.
Children cannot use the Spa facilities.
Dogs Policy
Well behaved dogs are welcome in all Resort rooms in the Main Hotel and Courtyard. The hotels charge £30.00 per night, per dog, with a maximum of 2 dogs in a room. They are welcome in the Atrium and the Langdale lounge but are not permitted in the Windermere or Blue Smoke Restaurants. Dogs cannot be left unattended. You may dine with your dog in the Langdale Lounge Bar area between 12pm and 9pm, please note that this would be from the Lounge Menu only. Table bookings are not required; however, it does operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.
