The W, with its warm bright artwork and jazz vibe, is one of the best restaurants in the Lake District creating memories that last a lifetime.

Windermere Restaurant, now known as The W at Low Wood Bay Resort & Spa,offers a seasonal British and continental menu, featuring a range of great favourites such as fillet of beef Wellington, turbot meuniere with cockle butter and lemon, chicken scallopini as well as a range of vegetarian and vegan dishes, and to start classics such as Coquilles St Jacques, beef carpaccio or crispy cauliflower wings. The famous Low Wood Bay Sticky Toffee Pudding which has been proudly served at the resort for over two hundred years remains something not to be missed. Many more recent creations will also be on offer including some of the signature dishes highlighted with the restaurant's affectionate name The W.

With stylish decor overlooking the lake, Blue Smoke on the Bay is the perfect place to catch up with friends and family.

The 3 metre long double wood-fired grill is the centrepiece of Blue Smoke on the Bay, the restaurant becomes a sensory haven with an open kitchen and chef interaction. Cooking over hot embers is a traditional cooking method which creates unforgettable flavours in aged steaks, meats, fish and vegetables. Chefs create a portfolio of flavours by using sustainable British woods such as elder, birch and oak; on special occasions we use imported olive wood.

The Langdale Lounge is the meeting point to enjoy a chilled glass of champagne or a cocktail mixed by one of our experienced mixologists.
