Lovely stay

A lovely hotel if you want that bit extra. Staff always willing to help, unfortunately a little slow in actioning our requests. Always seemed to be a lot of staff around but as I say service can be slow.
Had to chase room cleaners up as our room not cleaned in the morning and when they had been had left things that should have been cleared away i.e empty bottle, glasses and wine cooler, toilet and bath not cleaned, maybe a training update/refresh. We were looking for a few days of relaxation and time to chill which the hotel provided all in all a nice, comfortable stay.
