we try to book here when we want to treat ourselves, the spa and pool are nothings special - but it's great to have them, the hotel - it's rooms and its staff - are full of character - public rooms are amazing, so many of them and they are full of luxurious furnishings - always warm in the hotel and so many places to relax - poolside or in front of a real fire - food is a bit fancy, but a great experience
