The bathroom in the lobby was overflowing with tissue paper the latter part of the night, which was a shock for a 4 star hotel and the wedding party takes over the downstairs for half an hour while they clear out the banqueting....very noisy! But staff are attentive and friendly and the hotel is beautiful and very grand.

Anon, stayed: October 2014 Restsurant was very busy almost seemed too small to cope but staff remained efficient and courteous. breakfast was just too cramped for comfort, would definitely eat earlier or later next time.

Peter A, Norwich, stayed: September 2014 the first time we stayed it was lovely; stayed for my birthday on 1st september, nothing nice offered by hotel, bit of a letdown. hotel full of older guests on coach trip. didnt feel special at all. food in restaurant ok but not special. they cleared the tables at dinner whilst we were eating ours! not good is it? very disappointed.
