Room not ready until 4, we had to queue three times to see if it was ready! Unhelpful and unfriendly receptionist. Outside bar service terrible, ordered sandwiches and drinks, very, very long wait for both. We booked Restaurant but it was full had to sit in a different room by ourselves, very poor service, very expensive ! Very poor choice at breakfast, sausages were undercooked, nearly raw! People were complaining but the sausages were still left there! Only one toaster, very long wait! Very little fruit and Danish pastries. Had a long wait for tea and coffee, the teapot leaked! In all the property is lovely but the staff and service lets it down, such a shame!
