On arrival the staff were lovely, there are no lifts but we were offered for our luggage to be taken upstairs. In the bedroom we had a lovely bottle of sparkling wine and a little dessert to share. For what we paid for each night I thought we would have got this every day but we didn't. The pillows and bed was not as comfortable as we would have expected. The shower was not very clean, again for a luxury stay we were disappointed in this. However we did enjoy our stay as it was the first time we had been away for a few years after having looked after my mum who passed away last year.
