Wonderful Hotel relaxing experience

Myself and my sister had a wonderful time at Down Hall Hotel we stayed for one night on Sunday 3rd April it was a special treat for my sisters birthday we were welcomed by Lyndon who was very helpful he acknowledged that we were staying for a special birthday and was a great help, our room was really lovely nice and spacious and had a lovely view of the grounds. We had dinner in the restaurant which was absolutely lovely we also explored the grounds which were very pretty, our room was peaceful and very comfortable we had breakfast included there was lots of choice on the menu and we really enjoyed it.The whole experience was very relaxing the hotel is beautiful, the staff were very efficient and helpful we went to reception a few times to ask questions and Lyndon was extremely helpful at all times Igor was also very helpful when we were checking out we would definitely return in the future.
