Have previously stayed here and had a lovely time. This time a wedding was taking place, the reception area and corridors were crowded. The music was incredibly loud late at night and for dinner I was served chicken that was raw in the middle. The rest of the meal was inedible. Ended up in tears and went back to my room. Customer service was disappointing.
