Excellent hotel has been upgraded since last stay. It is a first class hotel and we expected first class service!!! We didn't they are obviously experiencing staffing issues which at the end of the day is not the customers fault!! Forgot to bring out starter before main course, main course took ages, had to ask and collect fresh towels, not what you would expect from that hotel. However we did make the most of it and enjoyed our stay
