Fantastic between Xmas and NYE break

One of the best short break hotels we have stayed in the UK. Unusually for us, we were not hosting family for Christmas so decided that a quick country Christmas break would be the thing to do. The package deal through OPL seemed almost to good to be true.
Absolutely 10/10 for service and ambiance at the hotel. Lyndon the GM has to be congratulated for the the exceptional culture at the hotel, somewhere with real soul. Erhan was great with his hospitality and as were all the staff at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
This sums it up. Where else have you ever had the GM and his senior staff help people to their cars on departure, provide a courtesy bottle of water, ask them where they are going and set them on their way. Exceptional. Only problem is worrying it will never be the same again.
