Stunning 4* countryside spa hotel just outside London

NO Shower

I booked an accessable executive room as I needed a walk- in shower however we found that the shower was not working at all.
We contacted customer service who assured us that they would fix the shower.
When we returned to the room we found that the shower was still not working.
Later that day we were approached by the events manager who appologised & explained that the shower was still not working but that we would be offered a free drink.
In our opinion that was not sufficient recompense for a stay in an executive room with no shower for two nights
.
We think that we should be offered a partial refund either by the hotel or by Off Peak Luxury as the room we paid for was not as advertised.
Please advise as soon as possible.
