Our first stay at Down Hall was on a busy Bank Holiday weekend. We were in a Deluxe room which was excellent. There were a number of functions on that weekend (weddings and christening lunch) and the "buzz" of several groups added to the welcoming feel of the place. The setting is excellent with large grounds to explore. The Spa is quite small so booking ahead is a good idea. We had a very nice meal and a good breakfast. Recommended.
