Down Hall is an impressive looking hotel and has a lovely luxury feel as soon as you walk into reception. Staff were helpful and polite . Our room was lovely and spacious nice touch having a fridge and iron and ironing board without having to ask reception .we had a drink in the bar before our meal and had excellent service . The restaurant had lovely atmosphere however we felt that the menu was limited and many items had an extra charge. We were dissatisfied with the food . Breakfast was excellent abd served in a lovely restaurant plenty of choice and of high standard.
