We found everything about the hotel to be what we expected ie. room, public areas, restaurant and grounds all very good. The one complaint I had was that in the restaurant they charged a supplement of £14.00 for a piece of sirloin steak. We have stayed at many 4 & 5 star hotels and never have we had such a high surcharge on such an average piece of steak. I did write to one of the managers asking him to justify it, but I didnt get a response.
Dealing with OPL was very easy and straight forward with very helpful staff. They do need to update the sample menu for the restaurant as the prices etc are out of date.
