We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Down Hall. It was our first visit and we would certainly book again.
All the staff were very helpful and personable but a special mention to Hilary (who showed us to our room and helped with luggage), Viraf, Michael and sisters Lucy and Emma who went 'the extra mile' to make our stay very special.
