Stayed in Down Hall 27 years ago for our honeymoon, it was good then and it is sill a superb hotel with lovely rooms and excellent service. The new Spa is far better, however I do think it should be included in the room rate and not an extra charge. Overall though a great stay and excellent value for money offer.
