"Luxury Break"
AW, Northumberland, stayed: November 2015
Only a one night stay but most enjoyable. Very comfortable room and bed, good views, nice bathroom, very clean. Very good restaurant food but would not suit anyone who likes a hearty meal. Friendly efficient staff. Nice grounds with walled garden but as it was raining we did not walk round them.
"Scottish tour"
OM, Staffordshire, stayed: June 2016 our tour started at this fantastic hotel. all the staff were very welcoming. Had the Scottish night meal with piper, haggis, dancers and band - a great night. We had wine included. Room very comfortable, glass of bubbly bought to us on arrival - nice little extras.

Anon, stayed: March 2017 Enjoyable night away from Edinburgh. Room was fairly standard and wifi/tv signal was unreliable. Restaurant was very nice. Both dinner and breakfast were great. Hope to come back to the restaurant again.
