Here for girls night! Had a lovely afternoon tea, followed by a great dinner. Breakfast in the morning was lovely , all cooked to order. Two of our party, though , had a bit of a wait, due ,I think, to having a large party in ahead of us!
I am a wheelchair user - there was a lift to get up the 3 steps at the entrance hall. Our room was accessible with beds that rise electronically, shower had a fixed seat which would be fine except the controls are too far away. Ideal if my husband was there but didn t feel I could ask friend to help me turn it on! Grab rails at toilet , sink , mirror at wheelchair level!
Nice touches in room - small decanter of whisky, recliner armchairs, slippers, dressing gowns, automatic door.
My only , small ,quibble was bed could have been higher. Mentioned this on leaving and was told bed risers were available. As we intend to come back for two nights, I was assured these would be available!
Staff were lovely - efficient, helpful and generally very accommodating.
We will be back! Have booked for next year!
