Located in a rural hamlet, this stylish holiday home is tucked away in beautiful hidden West Sussex countryside and is within easy walking distance of Ambersham Grounds where 7 of Cowdray's 12 polo pitches are found.
Situated in the South Downs National Park, this characterful property, built in the 1800s, has been lovingly restored retaining original features such as beams and tiles. It has three bedrooms, two of which are super king size with ensuite bathrooms and one is a king size room with a separate bathroom nearby.
The large entrance hall leads into a spacious downstairs living space with a fully equipped kitchen with an island in the middle. The stunning kitchen opens up into a light dining room with views to the front of the property. The dual aspect sitting room has a cosy library at one end complete with a working fireplace, and a relaxing sitting area at the other with terrace doors opening onto a large private garden. There is also a cloakroom/boot room and a garage for parking.
The garden is well equipped to enjoy the summer sunshine and the tranquillity of the English countryside with a BBQ, sun loungers and garden furniture.
Ambersham House is ideal for families and couples alike looking to enjoy a rural getaway. It's location two miles from Midhurst and eleven miles from Chichester make it well situated to enjoy everything that Cowdray and the surrounding area has to offer. Up to two dogs are welcome.

Formerly a wheelwright's shop and three cottages, Challens is a large double fronted cottage, providing spacious, bright, and airy accommodation for up to eight people, with its own private garden and off-street parking. Just two minutes' drive from the centre of Easebourne and Cowdray Farm Shop & Café, the cottage has four double bedrooms all with king-size beds, three with en-suite bathrooms, and the fourth bedroom having a bathroom next door.
Downstairs is spacious with a contemporary, well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. To the back of the house is a boot room with plenty of storage capacity that leads straight out to the large private garden, featuring a patio dining area and hot tub. There is a snug off the kitchen with large comfortable sofa and chairs, providing the perfect space to relax whilst supper is cooking. The sitting room is spacious and bright, with an open fireplace. Positioned to the back of the cottage benefitting from plenty of natural light, the dining room features a large table that comfortably seats eight people.
Sure to be a favourite with both families and groups of friends alike, its location provides easy access to all that Cowdray Estate and West Sussex has to offer, as well as plenty of local options for dining out locally. Up to two dog's welcome.

Just a five-minute drive from the centre of Midhurst, and with Cowdray Farm Shop & Café in walking distance along public footpaths, Costers sleeps six guests in three individually decorated bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom.
Downstairs guests will find tall ceilings and bright open spaces, a modern open-plan kitchen diner, and an adjoining living room, with double doors onto the garden and patio dining area. Available as a short-term luxury getaway, Costers is a warm and welcoming 100-year-old sandstone cottage surrounded by fields with no other properties overlooking.
With its own private garden and ample off-road parking, Costers Lodge provides plenty of space to entertain, seating six comfortably for dinner inside, or outside on the patio terrace in the summer.
